What will you be doing?

Let's not beat around the bush, you are a true entrepreneur. This vacancy is for the combined role of location manager and team leader in 's-Gravenzande. The location will truly be 'your Valley' as you are ultimately responsible for the overall performance of the location. You will be involved daily in the entire business process. You lead YOUR team with enthusiasm and a smile. You know exactly how to maintain a good atmosphere at the location. If there is a (technical) problem, you can solve it in no time thanks to your skillset. Together with the crop managers, you ensure that the location goals are achieved.

We are currently looking for a location manager at this location in 's-Gravenzande. Here, we effortlessly grow around 7 million (!) kilograms of large vine tomatoes per year on 9.5 hectares. Impressed? Come talk to us soon, and we'll tell you everything.

The Valley has seven locations in two horticultural areas and is a producer of various fruit vegetables for the European market. We are currently cultivating on 50 hectares, but we are set to grow (hopefully with your help!) to over 100 hectares in the coming years.
