What will you be doing?
As a Team Leader, you are responsible for training and developing all employees working in the greenhouse. Your day starts when all flexible employees begin their production tasks in the greenhouse. You instruct the team on key points and the upcoming week's schedule. Creating a schedule is your responsibility, which you coordinate with the team of permanent employees and the employment agency, with whom you have daily contact. You hold team meetings several times a week where you discuss matters with the Crop Specialist, Site Manager, and Logistics Assistant, and align the week together. You discuss points of focus, progress, and orders, among other things. There is also an administrative aspect involved; you process registrations, bonuses, work results daily, and create a daily report.
The role of a Team Leader offers a lot of variety, freedom, and significant responsibility. You are not afraid to introduce improvements to the group or lead the team. Working in shifts on Saturday mornings with students is not a problem for you. Together with your team, you create a schedule so you can rotate tasks. Your goal is to have a motivated team, ensure high-quality task execution, and efficient work performance. If you also have a lot of ambition and see yourself growing within the organization, then we are looking for you! Apply quickly, because you might be our future Team Leader.
